Novi Police Department Records Clerk Suzan Yacoub's selfless focus on the success of others earned her the honor of Public Safety Employee of the Month for June.

Yacoub was nominated by Police Cadet Beck Morningstar for her dedication and active role in the Cadet program. She is always willing to help the Cadets with any situation they encounter, and Morningstar noted she even takes time out of her day to help him with his report writing skills to make them more presentable and professional.

"Your profound dedication to mentoring your co-workers is a testament to your commitment, loyalty, and selflessness. You embody teamwork and exemplify the core values of the Novi Police Department. We are fortunate that you are positioned as the first contact for citizens who enter our building; I am not surprised that your professional and helpful demeanor are routinely noted and praised," said Director of Public Safety/Chief of Police David Molloy.
