Tips on taking care of yourself during COVID-19

During these turbulent times, we not only want you to stay informed, but also to be sure you are taking care of yourself. With all of the unknowns associated with this pandemic we react like humans react. We may become anxious, fearful, display anxiety, and in isolated cases, may even become depressed.

  • Maintain regular hours
  • Create a morning routine

  • Use video chats like Zoom, Skype or FaceTime
  • Check-in with your co-workers

Keep Moving!
  • Go for walks
  • Ride a bike or rollerblade
  • Practice yoga
  • Garden
  • Lift weights or do exercise
