The 14 Mile project for the preservation overlay is anticipated to start the end of this week beginning of next week, depending on the weather.  RCOC will have a contractor milling and paving all under flag control. Traffic will most likely be very congested and an alternate route should be advised.  At this time there is no specific start date, however it will be within a week or so.
