The City of Novi in partnership with Oakland County provided Novi's small businesses with ReOpen Toolkits to aid them as they started their reopening process. 

City staff worked with representatives from Oakland County to receive the kits reserved by Novi businesses (250 in total) and facilitate the manner in which they would be distributed. On Tuesday, June 9, nearly 180 businesses cycled through the Ella Mae Power Park parking lot to receive their reopening kit, complete with a variety of PPE.

Members from the City’s dedicated CERT team assisted City staff in the effort. The CERT volunteers were extremely helpful, and the process couldn’t have been pulled off without their assistance. Staff continues to facilitate distribution as the County continues to receive requests for these kits.
