Happy Holidays, Novi! City Offices and the Novi Public Library will be closed Dec. 24-25 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Trash service will also be delayed on Dec. 25 by one day. Christmas tree pickup runs from Dec. 26 through the week that includes January 15.
