Novi's defeat dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Glenn, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10.

Novi and Glenn could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. Novi (ranked 499th) will meet Saline (ranked 55th) at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Glenn will take on Evart at 7:00 p.m. on Monday down 234 places (288 vs. 54).
