The 2021 Novi Neighborhood Entryway Enhancement Matching Grant Program application is now available! The program provides funding assistance to Novi Homeowner Associations to support their efforts to enhance their neighborhoods through high-quality, sustainable neighborhood entranceway beautification projects.

These projects must be intended to beautify an entrance through significant and permanent physical improvements, including adding/modifying entrance signs, constructing flower beds, planting trees, and installing other related entryway improvements.

2021 Grant Program Dates
Applicants meet with City staff - closed;
January 11 – January 29 by 5pm - Completed applications are accepted
March - Beautification Commission meets
April - Recommendations by Beautification Commission are made to City Council; City Council awards grants
October 29 by 5pm - Project completion date; the entire project must be completed or reimbursement/grant award will be forfeited.
