State Champs! Novi J.V. Pom “Conquers Them All”

The Novi Wildcats JV Pom Team won the JV State Championship at the Michigan State-Wide Pom Pon Competition Saturday hosted by Mid-American Pom Pon.

Their routine “We Will Conquer Them All” sums it up as the team triumphed Saturday over 9 other JV teams at Eastern Michigan University. This win comes on the heels of the team’s statewide 1st place performance at the High Kick Competition in the fall.

Coach Erin Bartos directed and choreographed the routine which was judged on formations, team unity, precision, kick line, choreography, showmanship, and talent. Captains Mary Favorite and Angela Sherman led the team of Kailey Oppat, Delaney Ulle, Aditi Chadha, Mackenzie Betts, Renee Weil, Emma Weil, Lauren Collins, Kaley Kennedy, Rachel Murray, Maddie Egner, Drew Thomasson, Meghan Jamrog, Sara Hudgens, Desi Sheppard, Paige Gurizzian, Jackie Mullins, and Annie Segal.
