  Novi Lacrosse tames the Plymouth Wildcats

The Novi Wildcats were the more ferocious 'Cat on the lacrosse field Monday night, as they beat the Plymouth Wildcats with a final score of 18-3. In the chilly 45 degree weather at Novi’s Wildcat Stadium the Green and White proved to be dominant again.

Novi Captain Craig Howell led off the scoring and managed 8 goals and 1 assist for the night. Midfielder George Riegel contributed 6 goals and 2 assists. Goalie Kyle Simone minded the net for the first half and Kody Tipton came in for the second half. Starting Defensemen Captain Eric Guttman, Andrew Donatto, and Jack Petroskey kept Plymouth from being an offensive force.

Other scoring came from Juniors Paul Favorite(1 goal, 4 assists), Matt Mandeville (1 goal , 3 assists), and Tom Machisak (1 goal, 2 assists). Freshman Dillon Good added a goal in the 4th.

The next game is Thursday May 1 at Huron Valley. The Wildcats will be back home on Monday May 5 to face the Hartland Eagles at 6:30pm in Novi Stadium.
