Periodic National Citizen Survey results reviewed by council
November 29, 2016

NOVI, MI - At Monday evening's meeting, council received a summary report of the recently conducted National Citizen's Survey. Not surprisingly, Novi scored at or above the peer group average in most categories. However, scores in the primary categories were all lower than they were in 2014, and in the 127 detailed categories, only 2 were up, 99 unchanged, and 26 were down.

Public Safety and the Novi Library received the highest marks. Nearly 100% of the respondents said Novi was a good, safe city that they'd recommend. As expected, roads, traffic light timing, and open space planning / land use received the lowest scores.
