Novi falls to WBF 7-9, defeats Brighton 12-4

The Wildcat Inline hockey team won one and lost one over the weekend, falling to West Bloomfield 7-9 Friday then defeating Brighton 12-4 on Saturday. Leading the way Friday was Steven Behm and Adam Szajner, each with 3 points.

On Saturday, the Wildcats were not to be denied a win as they bombarded the Brighton Bulldogs, out-shooting them 24-12. Leading the way was Tom Dircks with 5 points and three Wildcats notching 4 points: Adam Szajner, Bryan Winkel and Zack Trotman.

Novi rolls past Howell 8-1

The Novi varsity inline hockey team notched it's second win of the season Thursday, pouncing on Howell 8-1 at Total Roller Hockey in Wixom. Leading the way with another stellar performance was goaltender Vince Vitale. Top performers included Senior Captain Adam Szajner and Junior Sean Keane, both with 3 point tallies.

"Everyone on the roster notched a point today and I really like they way the kids are progressing quickly." said Coach Smith, adding, "Friday's game will a good test for us as we face a tough West Bloomfield team."

Novi defeats Plymouth 7-1 in season opener

The Varsity in line hockey team had a stellar performance in their season opener dominating the Plymouth Wildcats 7-1. Top performers were goaltender Vince Vitale and top point scorers were Juniors Jared Beers with 3 goals 2 assists and Zach Trotman with 1 goal 3 assists.
